Ziggy's Restaurant and Bar serves only the finest international cuisine, with our specialty being freshly-caught local seafood. We will even cook up your own catch from your fishing adventure!
Originally from Hidalgo, México, Chef Miguél Hidalgo worked for many years at various numbers of boutique hotels in Mexico, combining the traditional dishes he loves from his homeland with delicious global food traditions to create the exciting, innovative Ziggy’s Restaurant menu. (see below)
Frequently updated to give our treasured guests the largest possible variety of tastes and experiences, Chef Hidalgo creates all dishes with fresh, locally-procured ingredients, as well as the finest imported selections.
