Autentico was born from a simple yet profound idea: bringing the true flavors of Italy to Tulum.
Our name says exactly who we are —a traditional cuisine that doesn’t reinvent tradition, but honors it.
We grew up with the aroma of warm bread from Puglia, handmade orecchiette shaped by grandmothers, fresh pasta patiently rolled by hand, and sauces slowly simmered for hours in Italian homes. From the North to the Center and the South, each region gifted us a memory, a gesture, a flavor.
We bring them here without filters and without shortcuts.
In a world full of imitations, we chose to be Autentico: real ingredients, traditional techniques, and recipes that taste like home—like Sundays, like family. Every dish and every pizza is a small journey through Italy, prepared with respect and with the simplicity that makes Italian cuisine timeless.

Our Pasta
Welcome to a new celebration of Italian tradition, where handmade fresh pasta is crafted daily using authentic ingredients sourced from distinct regions across Italy. Our menu is a journey through the country’s rich culinary heritage—from orecchiette all pugliese, carefully hand-shaped in the style of Puglia, to the bold simplicity of pasta alla gricia, the Roman classic. Silky hand-cut fettuccine, slow-simmered ragù, and pillowy gluten free gnocchi and many more complete an experience rooted in time-honored techniques, regional pride, and uncompromising flavor. Every dish tells a story, inviting you to taste Italy, one region at a time.

Our Pizza
Pizza is one of Italy’s greatest traditions, a symbol of togetherness and simplicity.
Our dough is made from carefully selected flours and a long natural fermentation of 24 to 36 hours, essential for achieving a light, digestible, and aromatic pizza.
We honor the time-honored gestures of the Italian pizzaiolo and reinterpret them in a contemporary way: a well-developed crust, soft structure, and perfect balance.
Our pizza is contemporary, born from tradition, and designed to offer an authentic experience.
