CCB is a style of active breathing (through the mouth) where you enter temporarily into a non ordinary state of consciousness where the prefrontal cortex (the logical and overthinking mind) starts to quiet down. So your subconscious world is allowed to bubble up. This session allows you to connect with your emotions, and make space for emotional release and integration.
